Giving warmth and wellbeing support to those on the streets
Pass It On supports homeless and vulnerable people in the UK, providing immediate support to those in need. Working in partnership with other UK charities, local organisations, corporate partners and our own network of volunteers, we deliver warm clothing, essential items and hot food to vulnerable people living on the streets.

Our Mission
Pass It On supports homeless and vulnerable people in the UK, with an emphasis on practical help that makes a tangible improvement to their physical and mental wellbeing.
Our Vision
We believe that everyone should have a place they call home: somewhere that’s safe, secure and suitable for the needs that most of us take for granted. Until that’s achieved we’ll provide vital supplies – including food, clothing and and companionship – that help those living on the streets or temporary accommodation in towns and cities across the UK. We work with business and volunteers to make connections – both personal and professional – that help to change lives and communities for the better.

It’s such a privilege to volunteer with Pass It On. Hearing people’s stories of how they’ve ended up living on the streets made me reflect on the fragility of life and how homelessness really can happen to anyone.
