Charity No.

This autumn, Pass It On supporters helped us reach people facing homelessness across Manchester, Liverpool, London, Birmingham and Slough, with additional drops in Westminster, Camden and Gravesend. Together we focused on the small, practical things that make a big difference as the weather turns colder.
Thanks to your kindness, we handed out 640 care packs to people accessing frontline support. Each pack contained tracksuit bottoms, toiletries, socks, hats, T-shirts and drinks. These are simple essentials that bring warmth, comfort and dignity to someone getting through a tough day.
Behind every pack was a community effort. Volunteers and partners came together to sort donations, check sizes and quality, and pack items so they were ready to use straight away. Workplace collections and local drop-offs kept supplies moving, while supporters shared our posts and spread the word to friends and colleagues. Your time and generosity turned good intentions into immediate, practical help.
Clothing and toiletries can change how a day feels. A warm layer can help someone stay well on a long walk to an appointment. Clean socks and a hat can make the difference between coping and struggling in cold weather. A small pack of toiletries can restore a sense of normality and self-respect. These are everyday items that help people feel seen, supported and ready for the next step.
To everyone who donated, sorted, packed or cheered us on, thank you. We could not do this without you.
If you would like to help with the campaign, you can donate good-quality clothing, run a workplace collection or give towards future care packs.
