I have been a member of the Pass It On SteerCo for over a year now. I was so excited when I got the opportunity to join, I felt I wanted to give something back to the communities we live in and could add value with the skills I have.

I know how quickly things can change in your life. Having been on the verge of losing everything myself, working with the homeless really appeals to me. In the last year, I have seen first-hand how we can make a difference, whether that is on our street walks or joining up with other charities, handing out much-needed clothes, shoes,  blankets, sleeping bags, toiletries and a hot drink or even just chatting with our homeless friends. They are so grateful and the smiles on their faces from such simple tokens are truly amazing and extremely humbling.

I feel honoured and so proud to be part of this fabulous team of people who make up our SteerCo, every single person is so passionate about this cause. The amount of time, commitment and effort everyone gives is truly amazing! Thank you for allowing me to be part of this unique team and for making me feel so welcome.
