Forming 8 years ago, the Pass It On charity first began as a small campaign. However, we are proud to announce that as of July 2024, we have reached an amazing milestone of helping over 10,000 homeless and vulnerable people here in the UK.

Within the 10,000 people we have supported so far on our volunteer-led street walks, we have handed out 600 sleeping bags, 1500 cups of coffee and 4000 care packages. For those on the street, these products that some of us may take for granted are often hard to come by or beyond their means. Pre-loved winter clothing and daily essentials such as sanitary products and nutritious food make a huge difference not only to physical health but to wellbeing and dignity too.

We are extremely grateful to also have hit the milestone of receiving more than 55 magnums of donated clothing, which has been cleansed and handed out within care packages. If we have donations that are not quite suitable for homeless and vulnerable people, we ensure they go to someone who can make use of them.A few examples have included sending supplies to Syria and the Acorns Children’s Hospice charity.

Behind the scenes, we are proud to have raised more than £60,000 and partnered with 20 charities. Through fundraising and building partnerships, we are able to keep this momentum going.

Of course, our journey is one that is ongoing, as we aim to support as many people as possible. Thank you to all who have donated and volunteered to support this project.
