Pass It On Trustee

Chairman – Mike Makinson

Mike Makinson has been a driving force in Pass It On since we began – his passion and commitment to helping people in need is exceptional and there’s no doubt we wouldn’t be where we are today without his commitment. An experienced leader in retail and logistics Mike has held senior roles for several blue chip FMCG organisations, including Amazon, Connect Group PLC, Littlewoods and One Stop Convenience.  Based in Greater Manchester Mike has a passion for sport, was formerly a keen skydiver but now prefers cycling, completing numerous challenges for charity. His commitment to voluntary service and helping others goes further – he regularly volunteers as a street worker for a homeless charity in the North West and has spent many years as a school governor.
