Following the success of our first-ever Summer Campaign last year, we’re proud to be announcing the launch of this year’s campaign to help the homeless during the summer months.

Last year’s campaign highlighted the harsh struggles that come with sleeping rough particularly during the warmer months, such as dehydration, sunburn and heat exhaustion. Pair those major health concerns with the lack of suitable shelter, the absence of air conditioning or suitable sun protection, and it quickly becomes apparent why the season brings on some major challenges for the homeless.

So this year, our team will be visiting some of the biggest cities in the UK where there is a high number of homeless individuals, to provide them with help and tangible support. Check out the dates and locations of our outreach days below…

As part of our Summer Campaign and with the help of our incredible Business Supporters, other local organisations and with your kind donations, we will be making donations of food and drink items, clothing, hygiene products and many more essential items.

We will also be donating care packs containing these essential items, packaged in a durable rucksack, intended to provide assistance during the hotter months and tailored for this season. These are items such as sun cream, bottled water, deodorant, hand wipes and nutritional snacks.
