Following the incredible success of our biggest ever Summer Campaign, we, at Pass It On, are delighted to announce our first ever Autumn Campaign.

For many living on the streets, autumn can be an especially challenging season with the decreasing temperatures, rain and the threat of exposure-related health issues becoming a major concern.

This autumn, our team will be visiting some of the biggest cities in the UK to provide support to those who are homeless and vulnerable in our communities. The Pass It On team is currently in the process of collecting donations of pre-loved items of clothing and essential items from individuals, businesses and corporate partners to include within the care packages which are donated to those living on the streets.

These are items such as:

• Pre-loved rucksacks
• Thermal socks
• Baby wipes
• Mini toiletries
• Packaged food, snacks and confectionery

As part of our campaign, we will also be purchasing brand new items which can be added to the care packages which are designed to provide assistance during the cooler months and tailored for this season.
