Imagine not having access to water or a cool place to rest during a scorching day… For many of  those living on the streets, the Summer can be especially tough, with dehydration, sunburn, and heat exhaustion becoming major health concerns.

This Summer, our team will be visiting some of the biggest cities in the UK to help support those who are homeless and vulnerable in our communities.. Take a look at our upcoming dates and the location of our outreach:

• Slough: 20th June

• Newport: 27th June

 

The Pass It On team is currently organising items which have been donated throughout the year by individuals, businesses and corporate partners, and brand new items purchased with monetary donations to create care packages. The care packages contain items which can provide help and relief during the warmer months, such as  food and drink items, hygiene products, sunscreen and items of clothing, which will then be donated to those who need it most in our communities.
